Weekly Menu Plan for the week of March 17th – March 23rd
Monday March 17th
Chicken Parmesan with Penne Noodles
1 pkg of breaded chicken patties
1 pkg of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar of spaghetti sauce(or you can make your own)
1 box Penne noodles
Butter
1. Cook your chicken patties according to the package directions.
2. Boil your penne noodles according to the package directions.
3. Warm your sauce, on the stove or in the microwave.
4. Drain your noodles and add butter till they are coated to your liking.
5. Place your chicken patty on a plate, spoon sauce over, sprinkle with cheese, You could even make a bed of noodles and put your chicken on top before you sauce it.
